Service Description

This course is designed to meet OSHA's Bloodborne Pathogens Standard and provides essential training for individuals who may be exposed to blood or other potentially infectious materials. Class includes: • Understanding bloodborne pathogens (HIV, Hepatitis B & C, etc.) • How diseases are transmitted and prevention • Proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) • Safe clean-up procedures for blood spills and contaminated materials • How to handle exposure incidents and reporting protocols • Overview of exposure control plans
